ResNet Problem Report Form Cluster Problem Report Form

The ResNet Problem Report Forms will be unavailble until Thursday, August 21, 2008. There are no Residential Computer Consultants available on campus during the summer to assist with personal computer questions.

The ResNet website and FAQ will be updated throughout the summer as new information for students about ResNet and student computing is avaiable.

Please refer to the ResNet FAQ for important computing information, including the most common questions that ResNet receives throughout the summer. All of these questions have solutions that students can easily follow to quickly correct their computer problems while on or off campus.

Topics covered in the ResNet FAQ include Zimbra/ZMail (checking mail, quota), adware/spyware/popup removal information, AOL IM virus removal instructions, and Prism login questions.

Questions about ResNet at Saint Mary's College can be directed to resnet@saintmarys.edu during the summer months.

The Cluster Problem Report Forms will be unavailble until Thursday, August 21, 2008. There are no Computer Consultants available on campus during the summer to assist with questions regarding the computers in the clusters.

Topics covered in the Clusters FAQ include cluster policies, printing issues (stapling, double-sided printing, print accounting), e-mail questions, and how to burn data CDs from the cluster computers.
